Black Tree Group is a curated platform for ultra-premium residential listings. Partners must complete this form and meet our photography and agreement standards before a listing goes live.

Listing requirements & transactional security

Formal Agreement Required

A signed exclusive or non-exclusive agreement must be fully executed before any property can be submitted for publication.

Authorized Counterparties Only

All agreements must be made directly with Black Tree Group or one of our authorized partners. Submissions outside this framework are not accepted.

Verified & Transparent Process

Our vetting process reviews every listing for authenticity, legal standing, and alignment with our standards before going live.

Photo Specifications

Minimum 3 professional photographs

Smartphone photography or heavily filtered images will not be accepted.
