Founded by energy developers, for energy developers — we bring together financial, technical, legal, and strategic support under one roof.
Built from operations
Black Tree Group was organized in 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland, by a team of energy developers who experienced firsthand the challenges of bringing projects from concept to capital. We saw a gap in the market — developers needed more than just financial advice. They needed a partner who understood the full lifecycle of energy project development.
Today, Black Tree Group has grown into a diversified conglomerate with four core divisions: Energy & Infrastructure, Real Estate, Professional Services, and the Blacktree Investors Club. Our team spans three continents, and we've led over $2 billion in energy, infrastructure, and real estate projects.

Entered the White Hydrogen sector through a partnership with QIMC in Minnesota — securing exploration permits and land access.
